My secret to making an amazing anti-cellulite body scrub from simple household Ingredients

Body Scrubs can do amazing things to your skin.  When regularly used they can rejuvenate your skin and make it look youthful and vibrant.  They work by exfoliating dead skin, and the rubbing action will also promote circulation to your skin and help rejuvenate it.  Scrubbing your skin on a regular basis will result in a clean skin, a better skin texture, a smooth skin, a skin free of ingrown hair, a skin free of dark patches and much more.  Anti-cellulite scrub usually contain coffee. The caffeine in the coffee helps dilate the vessels in the skin, which in turns helps the appearance of cellulite.

The benefits of body scrubs are undeniable.  The issue for me has been that in order to get a decent one you will have to spend sometimes up to 50 dollars for a small jar.  Since I don’t have that kind of money, I started experimenting with my own formulas. Thru try and errors, I eventually came up a recipe that works wonders for my skin, which I will gladly share with you guys.  For less than 5 dollars in total ingredients cost you can make your own scrub that should last you for a month and will hopefully work on your skin as well as it has worked on mine.

You will need the following:

  1. 1 bowl (can be any type ceramic, plastic etc)
  2. 1 spoon
  3. 1 cup (237g) of pure sugar cane with coarse grains (I use the brand Zulka)
  4. ¼ cup (59g) of ground coffee (any brand, but I use Folgers classic roast)
  5. ¼ cup (59ml) of Natural coconut oil (I use Member’s Mark Organic virgin coconut oil)

Step 1: Thoroughly mix the sugar and the ground coffee

Step 2: Add coconut oil to the mixture in step 1 and mix using your clean hands

Step 3: Pour into a clean jar or appropriate container

For best results I use the scrub the following way:  I make sure my skin is wet; I then spread a hand full in a circular motion all over my body for 3 minutes.  Because of the delicate skin on the face I use a gentler circular motion.  I repeat this routine 3 times a week for the body and once a week for the face.
